New warehouse address

Dear customers and partners!

We are keen to develop and grow, and with our results of the past year, we are pround of our new warehouse.

From March 25, the Virtualna Zona warehouse is moving and will now accept and issue goods from its new address at Lyulin 10 - Labirint warehouse.

With the change of location, changes are also required in the way of picking up goods on site from the warehouse.

In order to maximize the optimization of the work process, new rules for working with customers in the warehouse are imposed.

For your convenience, please familiarize yourself with the new guidelines and requirements in detail.

 

RULES FOR RECEIVING THE GOODS INSTEAD OF THE WAREHOUSE

Due to the working schedule of the warehouse, the optimal time period for picking up an item on site is between 10:30 and 12:00. You can also receive your item during the rest of the working day, but you may have to wait longer time. For your maximum convenience, we recommend that you arrange with your account manger a fixed time to pick up the goods.

Please ring the bell to the left of the ramp. Introduce yourself with your name and company name.

Your item is currently being prepared and will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you have paid for your order in advance.

If you pay in cash or at a POS terminal, please pay your order at the Virtual Zone office - Lyulin 10 - bl. 145.

After issuing a receipt from our office, you will be able to receive your goods from the Labyrinth warehouse.

In order to make the process easier for everyone, we recommend customers without a contract to pay in advance with a pro forma.
