Privacy Policy (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/GDPR) entered into force on May 25, 2018 and imposes new requirements regarding the way personal data is handled. In this regard, we have prepared information and contacts below for you in case you wish to change the data you provide on this website.

What is GDPR and why is it needed?
The GDPR forces businesses to better organize their data structures, minimize personal data collected and conceptualize personal data protection as well as reorganize their structure. Data controllers will be required to know where their users' data is stored and who has access to it. From a consumer perspective, GDPR aims to ensure that they have control over the data they provide or have already provided in order to receive a service online. GDPR affects any business working with data of EU users.

Why are cookies and/or personal data needed on this site?

The functionality of any website depends on how well it can use the information you provide. Depending on whether you will agree to the administration of your personal data on this site, the functionalities to which you will have access also depend. For example:

  • Cookies are needed to store order steps, login to the site, login details, comments, sharing on social networks, preferences and site settings (where applicable). Without them, the latter would not be possible, and the site would not function properly. For example, even youtube videos won't load.
  • Personal, profile data, such as name, phone, email, are necessary for placing an order and forming a purchase-sale protocol, details of your purchase and ensuring good conditions for subsequent ones.
  • Marketing cookies and data are needed to provide advertisements matching your interests, targeting and business targeting to promotional content available personally to you, as well as notifications of new/promotional services/products that this site provides.

What rights do I have?
The new regulation treats almost all statistical data as personal information by which a user can be identified. Until now, in order not to receive this information, tools like adblocker/ghostly and other browser add-ons had to be used. Now, for sites operating within the EU, this is illegal.

  • Users should be able to edit, delete and save their personal data from websites, and above all be notified when their security is breached.

  • By pressing the "I agree" button on the message informing you of the regulation, you give the administrators of this website the right to use pseudo-anonymous data about you as part of global statistics of visits. Such data is, for example, IP, referer, browser/os.
