How to claim a RMA?

Complete the form with company name, contact phone number, company address, reason for return, item serial number, invoice number and a photo of the defect/damage. Make sure you fill in all the fields and check the serial number and the invoice number on which you purchased the item from us.
 

Under what circumstances can you issue a Return Merchandise Request (RMA)?

Please assess the condition of the item immediately upon arrival. Make sure that the packages are intact and that there are no marks on them. We accept complaints about packaging violations only in cases where a claim has been declared upon receipt of the goods. In all other cases, please complete the product return form.

 

How to ship the items?

After you submit a return request, we'll evaluate the form and do a check. We will contact you within 2 business days of the application and provide an RMA number to the email address you entered in the form.

  • Prepare the items in their original packaging along with accompanying accessories (cables, adapters, etc.).

  • In case of refusal of purchase, the item must be returned in original and undamaged packaging, with no signs of use.

  • Some manufacturers have direct processing. We will promptly inform you of this upon acceptance of the return request.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

 

What happens after the goods are sent to us?

After we receive the items from you, we have 30 days in which we will send a statement. Depending on the product, the type of defect and its condition, you can expect:
  • To repair the product and return it to you repaired. 
  • To get a credit note.
  • To replace the product with a new one.
