Definitions
Seller – Virtualna Zona OOD. The Seller is the party with whom the Client/User concludes a distance sales contract for a specific product through the online store.

Delivery is performed via courier company InTime within Bulgaria only.
Free delivery applies for orders over EUR 127.83 (excluding VAT).
Delivery time is 1–3 business days; 24–48 hours within Sofia.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Users have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason.
Return shipping costs are covered by Virtualna Zona.
Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging.
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., consumables, customized products, opened hygiene products).
Warranty
Products comply with Bulgarian law and manufacturer warranty policies.
